Description

  • Prepare and collate agreed agenda and papers and issue to committee members
  • Attend all committee meetings, taking an accurate minute and agreed actions
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the senior leadership team and chief executive
  • Manage room booking system
  • Ensure annual schedule of meetings is effectively organised
  • Maintain and update relevant databases and document management systems
  • Manage chief executive's diary and appointments and handle confidential information

Profile

Your skills, abilities and experience should include:

  • A track record of performing in senior admin roles, demonstrating good judgement and rational decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • A keen eye for detail

Job Offer

  • This role is a hybrid role. This means that many parts of the role can be done from home working remotely, however, travel will be required to our office for meetings.
  • Permanent, 35 hours a week
