- Prepare and collate agreed agenda and papers and issue to committee members
- Attend all committee meetings, taking an accurate minute and agreed actions
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the senior leadership team and chief executive
- Manage room booking system
- Ensure annual schedule of meetings is effectively organised
- Maintain and update relevant databases and document management systems
- Manage chief executive's diary and appointments and handle confidential information
Profile
Your skills, abilities and experience should include:
- A track record of performing in senior admin roles, demonstrating good judgement and rational decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A keen eye for detail
Job Offer
- This role is a hybrid role. This means that many parts of the role can be done from home working remotely, however, travel will be required to our office for meetings.
- Permanent, 35 hours a week
