We're looking for a Chef de Rang to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London's most iconic address. It's another world; a world of oriental luxury and the most attentive service. A world that's all about our guests.

As a Chef de Rang at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

Set up of the restaurant Mise en place including polishing plates, glassware, cutlery, folding napkins Table maintenance Assisting the Head Waiter in service

As a Chef de Rang, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 48 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be successful Chef de Rang candidate , you will have previous experience in a similar role in a similar quality/paced restaurant. Good general food and beverage knowledge. Experience in a Michelin starred restaurant is desirable.
