HR Administrator

Reporting to and working closely with the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and wider business by undertaking a variety of duties that include processing employee paperwork, maintaining personnel files and assisting in the onboarding and off boarding of employees.
You will need to have a tactful and confidential approach in all that you do and excellent attention to detail.
The role:
Whilst the below list of responsibilities is extensive, it is not limited to:
- Assist with the recruitment process
- On boarding and off boarding of employees
- Benefits administration
- Administrative support such as typing letters, contracts, TCA's and reference requests
- Maintain accurate employee information and documentation
- Provide support to managers across the business to include minute taking
- Liaise with the company's employment law specialists to provide accurate HR advice
- Support training initiatives such as in house recruitment training
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety company policy and legislation
- Monthly reporting
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
About you:
- Uphold a confidential approach in all interactions and tasks
- Calm under pressure
- Able to multitask various projects at one time whilst prioritising workload
- Highly organised
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work on your own initiative yet seek support when needed
- Experience in recruitment support
- Experience working in HR advantageous but not essential
