This is a short-term contract to provide support and coverage for our Wholesale Product Owner for the remainder of the year.

We are looking for an experienced delivery lead with an expertise in fashion Wholesale and delivering to outcomes and key results.

The role sits within the IT department.

Support product related applications (PLM, ERP, PIM) including maintenance and product roadmaps to provide the company with a reliable set of business applications designed to facilitate the needs of the various business units.

Provide input to inform the Product strategy roadmap for Product Data aligning with business goals and priorities.nBe the authority on our technology stack for Product to Market data flow (PLM to PO creation) and be an ambassador for agile delivery and continuous improvement methodologies within the team, as well as the wider business.nWork closely with Commercial tech lead to identify and align on our most impactful outcomes in the Enterprise applications.nLiaise across all Product Development teams to develop and manage a Continuous Improvement roadmap within the PLM software and downstream integration points.nPartner with key stakeholders across all Wolverine Worldwide brands to align on an Apparel product data structure to be implemented across PLM and ERP systems.nEnsure data is at the heart of our team and that everything is measurable and quantifiable in terms of its value to the internal stakeholders and our top line business.nProvide input to OKRs and KPIs and share benefits with key stakeholders.nResponsible for delivery of an assigned scope of work - functioning as a task leader on large projects and/or project leader on small projects - coordinating resources, milestone schedules and related communication.nUses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work; assists in developing methods and processes when required.nProvides 24-hour on call support, including evenings and weekends.nPerforms other duties as required/assigned by Manager.nPerforms duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.


Must Haves:

nBachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a business discipline or related field or equivalent work experience.n3+ or more years of experience with a PLM solution (Product Lifecycle Management)nExperience with fashion-specific PLM systems (i.e Centric, FlexPLM) strongly preferred.nExperience with a combination of PLM, ERP, PIM and DAM solutions is preferred.nA change management focus to see the teams through upcoming infrastructure change and ensure stakeholder satisfaction and uptake is kept at the forefront of any technology change.nApproachable and collaborative.

You're open to feedback and ideas.nAn understanding of tech culture and how to foster that within a team.nUnderstanding of PLM related metrics and KPIs.nCurious, data-driven, passionate about metrics, and continuously evaluating how your products are performing with a drive to continuously improve them.nA solid understanding of agile software delivery and continuous improvementnAbility to proactively identify issues, calculate risk, and either resolve or escalate to the appropriate level of visibility.nExperience with system interfaces, Web development, and debugging tools desired, but not required.nStrong analytical, problem solving, priority setting, time management and organizational skills.nAbility to operate independently, as part of a team, and leading small teams on fixed deliverables.nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships.nExcellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting experience.
