Job overview:


They are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Designer who will lead end-to-end design as the sole designer working on a cross functional product team collaborating closely withnProduct Managers and engineers.

While having a lot of autonomy to lead design within theirnteam, they will be fully supported by a Head of Design and Lead Product Designer with greatnexperience.

Work will span the entire design lifecycle from discovery and research throughnto regularly and rapidly shipping product improvements and compelling new features into thenhands of our customers.

The ideal person will not only lead on improving our product, butnalso wants to help define what design can mean in an ambitious and growing organisation.


About you:

  • 4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for digital productsn
  • Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end and handling complex projects with limited oversightn
  • Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problemsn
  • Expert knowledge of mobile UI, responsive design, and designing to accessibility andnusability standards.n
  • Experience of working with, creating, managing or maintaining design systemsn
  • Experience with planning and executing user research to support your designnprocessn
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and the ability to push things forwardn
  • Able to justify and clearly articulate design decisions in simple terms that othersnunderstandn
  • Attention to the small details that others overlook and the commitment to ensurenevery detail is coveredn
  • Expert in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CSn
