You will be responsible for delivering consistently high levels of customer service, offering advice on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to meet each customer's needs. Working closely with the store management team, you will motivate and assist your team in fostering a customer-centric culture, offering genuine, truthful, and well-informed guidance about our products.

Pay, Hours & Benefits for our Supervisor

£12.10 per hour

After completing the required retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will rise to £12.35 per hour

Day to Day responsibilities as our Supervisor

  • You will assist the management team in the daily operations of the store, coaching and nurturing the team, and striving to achieve the KPIs
  • Maintain consistent high levels of customer service, providing advice on shoe care and accessories to meet customer needs
  • Demonstrate self-awareness, readiness to learn, and accountability for yourself and your store's performance in collaboration with the management team
