What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?


You'll work onsite with our Investment Banking client in Birmingham, partnering with Senior Stakeholders and Attraction Teams to deliver recruitment services in line with agreed service levels and campaigns.

This will involve the end-to-end process for their apprenticeship programmes.

With a clear focus on Early Careers Recruitment, you'll manage the apprenticeship programs covering seasonal recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge
  • Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
  • Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process utilising the appropriate exercises templates

What do I need to succeed in this role?

_ Must haves:
_

  • Early Careers and Campus recruitment experience and market knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
  • Track record of delivering endtoend campaigns and targeted solutions
  • Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high volume, fastpaced and processdriven environment
  • This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and clientfacing individual
  • Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process
  • Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire)

Nice to Haves:

  • Presentation skills verbal and inperson
  • Data analysis skills with an ability to analyse and report
