The Role:
Finance Administrator (London Market)
PIB Group are seeking a Finance Administrator (London Market) to join our growing Finance Team based in Retford.
This role is a key position within the first line of defence for the organisation. The primary responsibilities will be as administrative support to the IBA Wholesale Team.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining & reducing monthly aged debt for the Group
  • Following up with brokers for settlement of debt to ensure collected within credit terms
  • Ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Ensure statements are sent in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Insurers and colleagues to resolve statement queries
  • Ensure that all premiums are settled to Insurers within the given timescales
  • Escalation of any issues and queries in a timely basis to manager.
  • Ad Hoc duties as and when required

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a financial administrative role would be desirable
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office systems
  • Experience managing a busy inbox would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a collections or credit control position
  • Strong communication skills necessary
