Salary:
£37000+ depending on experience

What you'll be doing:
# Supporting the Electrical Regulation Compliance Project Lead in auditing and collating evidence that electrical installations have been installed correctly and to the relevant standards.
# Oversight of electrical work onsite producing defect sheets to issue to the contractor.
# Front end support with project delivery teams to drive home the electrical site standard, this includes working up solutions with designers as required.
# Supporting the project lead in management of the Periodic Inspection database

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:
Time served electrical apprenticeship
Up to date Wiring Regulations certification (C&G 2382)
Electrical Test and Inspection experience
Thorough knowledge of the wiring regulations with a hands-on electrical background

The Specialist Engineering Electrical team:

The Site Specialist Engineering Electrical team provide specialist support to the business with respect to electrical standards, the team support a wide range of electrical disciplines with opportunities to learn and develop in LV, HV, C&I and Communications, each day varies with the chance to problem solve and drive innovative solutions from your experiences.

As the Barrow site infrastructure grows you can play a part in the development of new facilities and help drive improvements in aging and existing electrical installations.
