Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to oversee specific programs or projects in a dynamic production and shipping environment. This role suits individuals experienced in production planning or shipping administration, fluent in English, and committed to safety protocols.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage production and shipping activities efficiently.
  • Utilize computer databases for record-keeping.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications for logistic support.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Handle tasks in both office and manufacturing plant environments.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • Three years' experience in production or shipping.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive and collaborative setting.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in international shipping.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Moderate to high Excel proficiency, including V/H lookups, pivot tables, index match functions, etc.
Additional Information:
  • Must perform in a fast-paced environment and handle occasional lifting of moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds).
  • Personal protective equipment is mandatory in plant settings.
