Job Role
Coordinate Expediters efficiently in order to reach project goals by means of cost-effective and result oriented solutions according to Company network synergies, best practices and procedures

Ensure availability of purchased goods and relevant necessary documentation at the established delivery point, in accordance with purchase order requirements/conditions, delivery time and project procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES:

**The main responsibilities will be:
- **Remote Monitoring and Tracking: Remotely monitor and track the collection of goods from various locations in the supply chain, including bonded warehouses in the UK, US, China, and other regions.

Global Delivery Management:
Overseeing the proper delivery of goods to customers worldwide.

This involves working closely with transportation partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, efficient routing, and adherence to customer requirements.


Documentation Compliance:
Responsible for ensuring that all necessary legal documentation is collected and maintained.

This includes managing the collection of documents such as Proof of Export (PoE), shipping documents, bill of ladings, invoices, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.


ERP Management:
Process the receipts of goods on the company's ERP system, specifically JD Edwards. This involves accurately recording and updating relevant data based on the 3 previous points (Collection, Delivery, Documentation)

Compliance Reporting:

Liaise with the finance department to provide timely updates on the departure of goods Free Carrier (FCA) from the UK.

This information is crucial for complying with local rules and regulations, particularly those set by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).


Duties

  • Track work scopes and ensure Invoices are raised on time.
  • Expedite supply chain for on time deliveries
  • Expedite customer invoices for payments
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Support spares department in terms of efficiency and tracking of progress of goods being delivered on time to customers
  • Facilitate customer update reports and meetings on a regular basis in conjunction with the spares team allocated for that customer
  • Internal expediting of Services tendering activities
  • Support BMI data inhouse for tracking purposes
  • Liaise with Veolia regional offices on expediting activities to consolidate internal reporting
  • International expediating for Angola and Brazil.
  • Liaise with the spares team and relevant Services personnel to communicate on driving the customer's internal and customers priorities.
  • Ensure shipping documentation is completed and ready for use prior to shipping demands.
