We will encourage opportunities for you to develop your skills and enable you to work towards gaining the Care Certificate qualification, and NVQs in Health & Social Care.

This will provide you with the principles and standards essential for this role, the importance of best practice and CQC guidelines and regulations.

In addition, we will provide you with access to our training suite with the over 90+ accredited courses.

  • Have or prepared to complete The Care certificate within a set timeframe,
  • Ideally have or working towards NVQ level 2 in Health and social care,

  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be able to make a positive difference to people's lives.
  • You must hold a current full driving licence have a road worthy vehicle and be insured for business use as you will use your car for work.
Duties to include; Personal care, Medication support, Companionship, Respite service, Pop-in calls, Meal preparation
