Job Title: Resourcing Coordinator

Location: Aberdeen

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: 8am-4pm (hybrid working available)

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates using various methods to build a candidate database.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Forwarding CV's for manager review.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Participating in resourcing and client meetings.

Training/Administration:

  • Managing travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with course bookings.

General:

  • Maintaining certification planner.
  • Updating personal records.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Recruitment Administration/Coordination.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Building trust-based working relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of independent decision-making.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient in interview techniques and applicant screening.
  • Knowledgeable about various sourcing channels.
