Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will collaborate with the Clinical Director and colleagues to create a formal job plan. This plan will outline duties, responsibilities, and objectives, covering clinical work, teaching, research, and managerial tasks.
Person Specification:
Qualifications
Essential:
- MBBS, MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
- Possession of medical and Dental degrees from UK recognized institutions
Desirable:
- Current ATLS provider certificate
- ATLS trainer status
- MFDS or equivalent
- Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons or equivalent
Entry Criteria:
Essential:
- Full Registration and a license with the GMC
- Entry on the GMC Specialist Register through CCT or CESR
- Intercollegiate Specialty Fellowship Examination in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Successful completion of a training program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- 5 years of NHS training in the specialty with validated surgical logbooks
