This company is a doctor-led, doctor delivered face, body and hair clinic who offers revolutionary new treatments for men & women of all ages.

The have years of experience and are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

LIST OF DUTIES

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer all telephone enquiries (10AM to 7PM) 4 days a week.
  • Reply to all enquiries on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp)
  • Maintain diary (cloud based CRM clinic management suite training will be provided)
  • Meet & greet patients/clients
  • Followup patients and clients who have received treatment at Rejuvence.
  • Chase up patients and clients for Google Reviews and Pabau Reviews.
  • Personal Assistance
  • Admin Assistance
  • Sales and Marketing build relationships with relevant businesses in the local community
  • Monitor stock levels in the clinic and place orders for relevant equipment and consumables

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
No specific qualifications are required however grades A* - C GCSE maths and English would be desirable.

TRAINING TO BE PROVIDED
