£8, £9,240 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

Hours:15 hours weekend only. Customer Experience Team Members work 2days out of 7,between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends only.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the CustomerExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied.

Expect no two days to be the same

What you'll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students

What we're looking for:

  • A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
  • An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you'll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • You'll also have great time management and organisational skills
