As the

Well-being and Activities Lead
your role would involve the provision of a high quality programme of activities and events, including the use of a range of well-being initiatives to encourage residents to maintain and develop their optimal potential for independent living and enjoy a happy, fulfilling life.
Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibilities would include:

  • Maintaining a varied and balanced programme of activities and events to enhance resident well-being.
  • Maximising resident participation in the programme.
  • Developing positive connections with local community links and services.
  • Seeking opportunities to expand and improve the programme.
  • Promoting the programme to residents and the local community.
  • Meeting needs of specific individuals or resident groups.
  • Keeping the management team informed on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.
