Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee the operations of 7 residential and nursing care homes within the South East of England.
The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, foster a positive environment, and produce analytical reports to identify and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee and support the management teams of seven homes, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and evaluate the performance of each home, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Analytical Reporting: Produce detailed analytical reports highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize budget utilization.
- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and supplies, to maximize operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in operations management for residential/Nursing homes, preferably in a multi-site setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements in the care sector.
- Ability to travel across the South East of England as needed.
