Amazon Shipping is looking for driven, results orientated and customer obsessed Demand Generation Representatives, responsible for prospecting new opportunities amongst businesses who would benefit from our reliable parcel deliver services.


You will be directly responsible in impacting our customer's first steps in working with our business, owning and delivering KPIs that directly contribute to business growth and development through lead generation.

Key job responsibilities

  • Contribute to prospecting, lead generation and qualification activities
  • Understanding industry themes, customer priorities, and Amazon Shipping positioning
  • Meet or exceed commercial targets through lead generation and prospecting
  • Interact up to Team Lead/VP Level with customers (e.g. Head of Operations). Ability to articulate and discuss key focus areas
  • Ability to qualify and prioritize prospects by working with various stakeholders
  • Manage individual pipeline conducting timely follow ups based on SLA
  • Follow SOPs, including CRM Administration (Salesforce)
  • Work closely with Amazon Shipping stakeholders such as marketing, sales, commercial operations or customers programs
  • Contribute to internal resources and documentation to share visibility across broader stakeholders
