Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Advisor

Duration: 6 months with the scope to extend

Location:
Warwick/Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

My client is an national utility company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world.

The team is based across Warwick and flexible arrangements are supported and encouraged, although there will be a requirement to attend the office as and when required.


  • Working with Hiring Managers to take detailed briefings to ensure suitable adverts are created attracting the best possible talent
  • Comfortable managing roles across varying business areas
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices gained from an inhouse recruitment background, or RPO.
  • Demonstrable experience in recruiting roles across various business areas
  • Experience of using Succesfactors highly desirable
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
