As a non-profit leader, you will play a vital role in translating the organization's strategic goals into actionable objectives to drive positive change.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and enhance the strategic plan and implement innovative processes.
  • Streamline operational workflows, including client relationship management, reporting, billing, and policies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and establish outcome metrics for evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risk assessment effectively.
  • Oversee all aspects of grant management and proposal submissions.
  • Create annual operational plans and budgets in collaboration with the board.
  • Coordinate with external service providers such as accountants, auditors, and legal teams.
  • Lead performance management processes to track progress and drive organizational success.
  • Provide strong leadership to staff members on a daily basis.
  • Supervise technology infrastructure and plan for future IT and financial system upgrades.
  • Manage teams handling HR, project management, and event coordination.
  • Support the ED in special projects related to communications, fundraising, and partnerships.
Key Qualifications
  • Required: MBA or MPA.
  • 5-7 years of experience in non-profit operations management.
  • Passion for improving mental health and substance use conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership experience.
  • Attention to detail in operations, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Ability to think creatively and drive positive change.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Quickbooks, and Google Workspace.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with remote work flexibility.
  • Team members based in NYC & Philadelphia.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.
  • Comprehensive benefits package included.
  • Directly reporting to the Executive Director.
