We are recruiting for an experienced cook or prep chef to join the team of leading independent catering contractor on the outskirts of Burton on Trent.


This is a highly prestigious site with a focus on fresh, creative food prepared to a high standard for the clientele, we are looking somebody who matches our enthusiasm for quality and innovation whilst providing top tier customer service at all times.


You will be:

  • Prepping fresh food and beverages to high standard
  • Assisting with menu planning
  • Ordering and controlling stock levels
  • Adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring all kitchen 'admin' is completed.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen

About you

  • Take pride and passion in your work
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable and friendly personality
  • Strong culinary skills, either through professional education or training or through previous on job experience.
  • Minimum Level 2 food Safety Certificate (we can help with this)
  • Awareness of food allergens
