EPR Digital Transformation and Clinical Safety Practitioner (15 hours pw x 5 posts)

An exciting opportunity exists for Digital Transformation and Clinical Safety Practitioners working with our Digital Programmes team to deliver a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) for acute services and community inpatients.

You'll be supported in the role by our Chief Nursing Information Officer and team of project management professionals.

To support the Digital Programmes Team and the wider digital healthcare team by working alongside colleagues in digital services and clinical areas to implement and embed the use of the electronic patient record (EPR) within acute and community hospitals.


Required to support clinical risk management as a Clinical Safety Practitioner, which will require being compliant with Digital Clinical Safety Practitioner training (training will be provided for the post holder where it has not already been achieved).


Communicate key messages across the clinical services in order to keep staff updated, reassured and hopeful as we introduce new technologies to support safer, effective & more efficient care.
