Each year, we continue to grow and are currently looking for a driven, hardworking individual to join our fantastic team as an Order Processor.

As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing orders in a methodical and accurate manner, particularly when under pressure.

The role will range from data entry and tracking orders to communicating with customers and suppliers, ensuring that deadlines are always met.

A successful order processor will be not only proactive but also able to analyse information and prioritise the workload, all while maintaining our high reputation.


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process orders on our First Degree Systems Window Designer software
  • Provide customers with order acknowledgements
  • Provide our factory with accurate works instructions to aid efficient manufacturing of our aluminium doors and windows
  • Respond to enquiries and new requests
  • Check orders to ensure accuracy
  • Order glass from supplier/s
  • Update order information

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the window industry would be ideal but is not essential.

Soft Skills: Strong multi-tasking, written and verbal communication
