Job Description

Job Title: Subcontracting Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Sunday - Thursday, 09:00am - 17:30pm

Job Location: Cramlington

In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately registering samples onto the LIMS system. Coordinating subcontracted samples for analysis and managing sample transfers between locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experience by promptly and precisely handling sample-related tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the subcontracting process from inquiry to testing completion
  • Follow SOPs for sample registration, subcontracting, and site transfers
  • Provide technical support for outsource pricing and testing needs
  • Collaborate with subcontracting labs on pricing to meet customer demands
  • Generate POs through IFS system and maintain the PO log
  • Coordinate with sales team on subcontractor pricing updates
  • Offer support for sample registration as necessary

Qualifications

  • Minimum HND or equivalent experience
  • Relevant background in a similar role
