The Role

Your role will be all about shaping client strategy, developing account plans and building relationships for our ambitious clients who want to do more with digital. You'll lead on some of our most exciting projects, ensuring everyone is aligned and striving for success.

You'll be the voice of the agency in the client, but more importantly, the voice of the client in the agency. You'll enjoy getting creative, looking for innovative ways to add real value for our clients.

You'll be passionate about all things digital, looking to new technologies or updates across the industry to unlock opportunities with clients, share knowledge and in-turn, build stronger relationships.

Accountabilities

Leading client accounts within the agency, with overall responsibility for the client/agency relationship. Building enduring relationships with client teams to strengthen our position as a trusted partner and a key ally in their success. Responding to client briefs, using technology to unlock business potential. Defining solutions to challenges and helping clients to understand the value in our proposed solutions. Creating strategic roadmaps for clients that align to their priorities. Proactively identifying opportunities for the client to deliver greater innovation and value. Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts. General involvement with the new business team in pitching and winning new clients. Help to grow our client services team, as well as sharing your knowledge and developing colleagues. Working alongside the delivery team to ensure work is being done on time and to a high quality standard.

Skills & Experience

You're a self-starter with solid agency experience. An entrepreneurial mindset comes naturally to you and you enjoy leading on large projects with complex requirements. But ultimately, you'll know what's required to build lasting client relationships

Other skills & experience you'll need include:

Significant experience in professional client relationship management Strong people skills with a collaborative 'can do' attitude. Ability to identify, generate and communicate good ideas A fast learner who can pick up and retain knowledge on new businesses, products and markets. A passion for digital and a dedication to keep up to date on new industry trends. Ideally degree educated, or have relevant digital qualifications. While it's not necessarily a skill, flexibility with travel is essential, as you'll be expected to regularly visit clients and our Exeter office
