Job Summary:

You will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing projects within the education, mixed-use, and many other sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clientfacing activities, including initial client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education, mixeduse, and other sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • ARB Registered Architect
  • Significant experience in clientfacing roles within the architecture industry.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and project management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the education, mixeduse sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
