Learning Support Worker

Are you a passionate and dedicated individual who enjoys working with children and is committed to helping them achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team.


In this role, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide support to students, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities.

You will play a key role in helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, providing one-to-one and small group support to students as needed.


Your duties will include assisting with lesson planning and delivery, helping to create and implement individual learning plans, and monitoring and reporting on student progress.

You will also work closely with other members of the school community, including parents and outside professionals, to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support.


Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.

Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
