Your purpose:

What you can bring?
We value qualifications but know that this is no substitute for real world experience.

You will bring a working knowledge and demonstrable experience in all or some of the following areas:

  • PMO capabilities such as risk & issue management, project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, reporting, governance, requirements capture & management etc., ideally with a specialism in one or more.
  • Project management and Project Controls experience within projects and major programmes.
  • An understanding of processes and controls needed to ensure projects are a success.
  • Problem Solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively to develop solutions.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including presenting information through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate.
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse set of colleagues, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • An understanding of Agile project delivery, with experience using a variety of supporting tools and techniques (e.g., Planning Increments, SCRUM, Kanban, JIRA, Lean Start Up, Value Proposition Canvas etc.).
  • A proactive attitude to learning from your peers and willingness to support junior members of the team technically, whilst being a role model in softer skills.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement identify opportunities to improve project execution.
  • Focussed, attention to detail and quality.
