Our client in the financial services sector is in search of a seasoned desktop publishing (DTP) expert to join their Global Sales Operations team under the guidance of the lead graphic designer.

You will be tasked with producing, modifying, and arranging top-notch documents using both standard and custom templates. The tools of the trade involve MS Office 16 and Adobe Creative Suite which are used interchangeably.


The primary objective of this position is to offer DTP assistance for competitive bids and various sales prospects on a worldwide scale. This involves creating, revising, and organizing sales assets employing predefined templates to:

  • Enhance the clarity of content and core messages
  • Ensure alignment with the company's branding directives
  • Share innovative designs and best practices where applicable
  • Provide artworking backing, develop graphic elements, and acquire stock imagery for design purposes

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Word applications (MS Office 2016), with a strong grasp of templates and masters
  • Advanced skills in InDesign/Illustrator/Adobe/Photoshop software
  • Strong written English, outstanding communication skills, and adept interpersonal abilities
  • Self-driven, initiative-taking, and adaptable approach
  • Prior knowledge of the re/insurance sector is beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided
  • Capable of overseeing workflow and project coordination
