About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our team at Synechron. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support our global initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a seamless creative process, from concept to project completion, to deliver high-quality graphic designs that meet our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their needs and develop design assets that effectively communicate their message.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends and incorporate them into all projects, with a focus on AI and the future of design.
  • Deliver all assets in a clear and high-quality format, ensuring consistency across all design assets.
  • Bring the Synechron brand to life across a range of media, including website, communications, social media, and physical spaces.
  • Provide flexibility in working on multiple project briefs at once while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a graphics/motion design role.
  • A visionary design thinker with a strong understanding of branding.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Experience in creating animated graphics, to be used across social media and other digital forms.
  • Mac proficient user with experience across industry-standard software - Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, AfterEffects). Experience with Figma and AI tools is desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and develop skills and abilities.
