The Programme


The apprenticeship program involves studying towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification, dedicating 80% of time to work and 20% to studying.


The role will allow the opportunity to:

  • Support managers with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication.
  • Assisting with research and analysis to support decisionmaking.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supporting the planning and organisation of events and meetings.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.

You will also have the opportunity to learn

  • Business operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources.
  • Project management and organisation skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data analysis and research techniques.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Presentation and report writing skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
Undertaking any other duties that may be required to support the smooth running of the business.

Please note - this is a full time position, specifically based in Liverpool.
