The Ideal Candidate

  • You should have a solid commercial retail background with experience in the premium luxury sector
  • Experience within the fashion/fashion accessories sector is highly desirable
  • You might currently hold a position as Retail Director, Country Manager, or Brand Head
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills are a must
  • Highly numerate with excellent strategic ability, good IT skills, and a forward-thinking proactive approach
