As Sports Tours Operations Executive you will oversee and manage the entire tour process, from providing the initial client quote to welcoming the client back from their tour.


Previous experience in a similar operations role working for a travel company or tour operator is essential to be considered for this role.

It would also be advantageous if you are a sporting enthusiast

The role:
nProduce bespoke tour itineraries, accurate costings and quotes for our customersnTaking full ownership of the tour delivery from a client perspectivenWorking with the tour leader to ensure all details of the group are correct and delivered on timenDealing with any amendmentsnDelivering accurate tour documents prior to departurenAdministering and collating post tour feedbacknProviding outstanding customer service

You will have:
nPrevious experience in a similar operations role within the travel industry (essential)nKnowledge and keen interest in sportsnExcellent verbal and written communication skills and accurate written and spoken EnglishnGenuine enthusiasm for dealing with peoplenFull understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
