To be supported through supervision to deliver whole school mentalhealth initiatives alongside young people, school staff, senior leadsand parents.

To provide 1:1 brief intervention for mild to moderate mental healthproblems, developing support plans for children and young peopleon a regular basis and discuss in clinical supervision any issues thatneeds addressing.

To provide low level intervention including behavioural activation, CBT informed worry and anxiety management interventions, gradedexposure, sleep and stress management, behavioural experiments.

Ensuring adaptions of practice for CYP with Autistic SpectrumCondition, learning difficulties, attention deficit hyperactivity andneurodiversity.

To evaluate the success of intervention at regular intervals usingRoutine Outcome Measures (ROMS)To liaise with schools and other agencies in terms of informationgathering and sharing.

To offer parent led CBT approaches.
To inform local child protection co-ordinator and senior clinicians ofany concerns regarding protection issues.
To gain feedback on experience through session rating scales,experience of service questionnaires.
