Screening & Vetting Administrator**We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and driven Administrator to join our Screening and Vetting team based in the centre of Bristol.

We predominantly work in security staffing as well as other industries such as construction and health care.

Specific responsibilities for an Administrator include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting pre-employment checks as set out in BS7858:2019 and other standards.
  • Verifying identification and right to work documentation through appropriate channels and processes.
  • Liaising with other internal departments and clients where necessary to aid and improve processes and ensure SLA's and KPI's are met.

Basic requirements for an Administrator:

  • Basic knowledge of MS office packages is essential.
  • Excellent and clear communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Listening and problemsolving skills, including patience when dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Organised approach with an attention to detail.
  • A willingness to understand Software Development process.
  • A background in screening and vetting or compliance would be advantageous but not essential as is experience within a fast paced, high volume environment.


We particularly value customer service backgrounds from sectors such as retail, hospitality, health care etcand a high attention to detail are required for all roles.

We look for team members to carry this experience through to their interactions with clients, strengthening working relationships where appropriate.


We look to allow our team to grow within the organisation and several of our senior management including on the board have started off in similar roles.

This includes the opportunity to develop processes and client relationships including face to face meetings. Personality and especially individuality is encouraged and fostered, with everyone's strengths and weaknesses supported.

Hours:

Working hours for Administrator

  • 40 hours, Monday to Friday and alternating weekends
  • Salary £24,000 annually
