Aspects Care Ltd provides care and support to service users with complex Learning difficulties, Challenging behaviour and Mental Health.


We currently require fully flexible Support Workers to complete 30 minute and hour long calls to clients who live in their homes in the Birmingham area.

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, such as elderly residents in nursing homes or individuals requiring specialized care at home.

You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines.

You will be required to provide personal care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans, Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary restrictions, Engage individuals in meaningful activities and social interactions and provide care and support individuals with behaviour management

Required Skills:

  • Experience in childcare, nursing home care, or patient care is beneficial
  • Full UK Drivers Licence with access to a vehicle required
  • Proficiency in providing patientcentred care with empathy and respect
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices and behaviour management techniques
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team


Aspects Care Ltd provides support to our service users 7 days a week therefore staff will need to be fully flexible and willing to cover AL and sickness.

Hours may be able to be worked with slightly if you are looking for more or less hours.


Experience with Autism and Mental Health is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications.
