The Financial Crime team at YBS is continually looking to improve and transform its service provision. In this role you would get to be part of this and help to improve how we protect our customers and colleagues

About the role
As a Financial Crime Financial Crime transformation and change specialist you will lead financial crime engagement in change activities across the Group, assess and manage the financial crime risk inherent in change, recommend suitable controls.
You will support projects across the business to deliver changes to our policies, processes and systems whilst managing the associated financial crime risks.
You will carry out risk assessments on all change from a financial crime perspective and provide SME input for changes and carry out post implementation reviews.
About you
This is a busy role. You could be managing multiple changes at the same time, have multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities so it is really important that you are very organised, can manage your time, prioritise your workload and are not afraid to push back or speak up if you do not have capacity to take on more tasks.
You will be a Financial Crime SME so that you can advise the business and make recommendations
