The Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for

  • Oversee and develop TPM/PPM program for all plant equipment and machinery
  • Support Electrical and Mechanical maintenance activities across site
  • Develop technicians with robust skills matrix and clear development plans
  • Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Participate in 8Ds, problem solving and risk management
  • Support continuous improvement activities
Person Specification

The successful Maintenance Supervisor will have the following skills

  • Experience in a highvolume manufacturing environment, within a dedicated maintenance role
  • Time served maintenance technician
  • Multi skilled, with an ability to support both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
  • Strong leadership experience with an ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Personable and professional approach, promoting an open door policy
  • Continuous improvement mindset
Working within a day based role, on a competitive salary of circa £50,000 +
