Our client is a reputable Fit-out contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. With a focus on excellence and innovation, they pride themselves on their commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate joinery activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Supervise small work projects ranging for 50-100k in value.
- Lead a team of joiners, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and maintenance to support seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on joinery work.
- Strong background in joinery, with comprehensive knowledge of techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
