Location: Wilmslow
Salary: Up to £27,000 + excellent benefits and progression
Start: Immediate
Working Hours: 4 days per week in the office, one day remote
Required Travel: Some trips to Manchester City Centre (2-3 days per month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and fostering a welcoming environment
- Scheduling and participating in meetings with directors
- Handling document preparation and report generation
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating with contractors and IT service providers
- Supervising office health and safety
- Assisting with executive support tasks like diary management and travel coordination
- Supporting HR activities with administrative duties
- Organising social and charity events
- Maintaining a well-organised and neat office space
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration, office management, or executive assistance
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation
- Tech proficiency and problem-solving skills
- Capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
