We are looking for a paid media strategist and manager who will be a key founding member of our media team.

You'll be responsible for developing and presenting paid media strategies for a number of our key clients as well as activation as the team is growing.

As part of this role, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and will be responsible for executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies to help the brand achieve its goals.

We are looking for a Paid Media strategist and manager who will continually look for ways to innovate, analytical and excited to be part of a new team that is seeing significant growth.

Developing digital media strategies and supporting on the activating of Meta, Google and TikTok to ensure that we are helping our clients achieve their business objectives and see a significant impact from the work that the media team provides.

Developing and managing paid digital marketing strategies from ideation to execution, with a focus on delivering impact and ROAS
Monitoring media buying strategies and continually providing innovative optimisations that help improve performance
Support the creation of testing and learning roadmaps, ongoing data analysis, and presenting results and insights for our brand partners and internal teams
Spotting and identifying new opportunities, testing, learning and maximizing performance
Collaborating with the strategy, creative and influencer teams to ensure that campaigns are managed effectively and deliver expected results
Thinking strategically to understand clients' business goals and devise strategies to drive opportunities for growth for the client and revenue for the agency
Forecasting and tracking client account metrics and analytics resulting from marketing campaigns
~ You hold a Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field. Track record of working and progressing either agency or client-side working in digital marketing with knowledge of paid social and paid search
~3+ years experience in digital marketing using Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic Ad implementation
~2+ years of client management experience in a paid media marketing role (ideally via agency)
~ E-commerce marketing experience is an advantage, especially in building customer acquisition and retention models around KPIs such as ROAS, AOV, LTV & CAC
~ Ability to competently distil client briefs to brief the creative team, develop budgets, plan media, timelines and SOWs
~ Positive and outgoing personality - you'll have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior marketing executives in global brands
