gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment agency are currently looking to recruit 4 Food Production Team Leaders to join our client in Avonmouth immediately


You'll working and managing lines within the Production team to help distribute a range of delicious products, including sandwiches, wraps, salads and other food to go products.


Our client has year on year growth with the Food Manufacturing industry and supply big names such as NHS, Easy Jet, BA as well as many local schools.

As part of the company's growth, the warehouse is undergoing a complete refurbishment which will ensure you are working in an environment with the most update machinery and equipment, be part of an exciting growth plan and have excellent onsite facilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the Production team are following correct client specs
  • Managing work flow and ensuring deadlines at met
  • Quality checking orders
  • Keep accurate records
  • Worigking with the Management team to ensure best practice is met
  • Work within the H&S requirements of the site
  • Please note, this can be a physically demanding job with long periods of time spent on your feet


No matter what task you are doing, there is always a focus on safety, quality and hygiene to ensure our customers receive the best possible products.

This role will involve standing for long periods and working in cold temperatures (8-10 degrees). It may also include will also repeat lifting and carrying ingredients and products.

Please be aware you will be handling products that may contain meats such as pork, chicken beef and fish

About you

  • Previous experience of working within a food enviroment
  • Management expereince
  • Demonstrate practical skills


 Good numeracy skills
  • Counting is a key part of this role
  • Work under pressure and to deadlines
