What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to protect Raven's income while supporting customers to successfully sustain their tenancies

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with colleagues and external agencies to support customers and prevent arrears/evictions.
  • Managing and completing arrears cases against targets and deadlines.
  • Helping to negotiate reasonable payment plans through early intervention and progressing serious cases to court action.

What you'll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience in a rent/income environment, with relevant knowledge including rent account and arrears management.
  • A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • High levels of financial acumen, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.


You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
