Salad Team Preparation Production Operatives

We currently have positions available for Production Operatives, in the Salad Preparation team. These roles will be working in the New Bowl Line Department


As part of the PDM team these roles will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and indirectly to the Factory Production Manager.

A good level of English is required, but not essential, with good team working and people skills. You must be organised, able to work autonomously and under pressure to ensure smooth operation within the Department.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing raw materials to customer specification for the filling of salad bowls
  • Chopping tools and machinery will need to be operated in this role. Full training will be given.
  • Carry out cleaning duties at the request of the Line Leader/ Supervisor or any other Manager and keeping your area of work tidy and safe for you and others.
  • When necessary other ad hoc duties will be required to aid production at PDM.
  • A team player with strong communication with your colleagues is essential for this role.
  • Weekly Productivity Bonus Available
There will be different Teams working in this area:

Salad Preparation Team
Shift Pattern is 4 on 4 off Days and Nights

6am-6pm Days

6pm-6am Nights

Average 38.5hr week

Experience in FMCG business essential

Transport is essential due to our location
