Senior Estate Agent

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for real estate and a knack for team management? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Estate Agent/Branch Manager to lead our dynamic estate agency team.
As the senior team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks while maintaining a focus on excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the office, including managing schedules, appointments, and client inquiries.
- Ensure the company's financial records are accurate and uptodate, overseeing bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processes.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support office needs and requirements.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, implementing strategies to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, with a strong background in team leadership and staff development.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in financial management, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to problemsolve and make sound decisions independently.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
