Salary range from £27,000 to £29,000 plus benefits such as new tools, uniform, air conditioned van, tablet, phone, fuel card, bonus scheme, product discount, 23 days annual leave + stats, full product training etc.

Job Description:

As a White Goods Engineer representing the company, you will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of various domestic white goods like washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and cookers/ovens. Your daily tasks will involve completing 8 to 10 service calls with minimal paperwork, working remotely with parts delivered via Fedex.

This role necessitates delivering top-notch customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards. Your problem-solving skills and customer interaction will be crucial in providing proficient repairs, promoting products, and upholding the Company's reputation.


Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you should possess:

- Previous White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in servicing various branded products such as Bosch, Beko, Hotpoint, Whirlpool, Glen Dimplex, Miele, Electrolux, etc.
- Competence in working with a variety of appliances including washing machines, cookers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, tumble dryers, hobs, etc.
- Preferred qualifications like City & Guilds 224, 16th/17th Edition, Part-P, etc.
- Gas qualifications like CCN1 and CKR1
- Additional advantage with 2nd line refrigeration/F-Gas qualifications.
