About Us
Lakes Pharmacy is a busy pharmacy that focuses on providing medication to Care Homes.

We are a growing business and there is a vacancy for a new member of staff to join our administration team in our central distribution hub.


About the Role:

  • We are looking for a person with proven experience in an office administrative role previously.
(Experience within the Pharmacy or healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential)

  • You will be supporting Managers, Pharmacists and Dispensers taking responsibility for the daytoday administrative work of the pharmacy.
  • You will be interacting via telephone with clients, suppliers and GP surgeries, so you will offer friendly, welcoming and professional support.

What skills you will need:

  • You will need to have great organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You will need to have good communication skills to answer enquiries from customers, staff and other professionals.
  • You will need to have effective interpersonal skills and have the ability to plan and prioritise workload and ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£10.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
