As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Provide accurate information about our holidays and services.
  • Assist customers with booking holidays & resolving billing issues
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain customer records and update account information in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to customers

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with financial services is a plus
