Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Development Ltd - as a Finance Director (m/f/d), reporting into the CFO, based in our Mayfair HQ

  • Support the implementation of new financial processes across our global subsidiaries
  • Oversee financial planning, analysis and reporting for global pipeline of solar PV and BESS projects
  • Deliver detailed budgets, forecasts and actuals reports based on multiple currencies and jurisdictions
  • Play a key role in securing and managing debt finance facilities
  • Present renewable energy finances to Excom and other senior management on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Support the CFO with the management of the wider finance team
  • Support the CFO and Senior Leadership with external due diligence and fundraising/partnership activity
  • Oversee general accounting and statutory reporting needs for renewables projects

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Significant experience within a similar capacity within a renewable asset development company is a prerequisite
  • Very good command of Excel and other data analytics tools, having a keen eye and interest for automatization and data architecture.
  • Work carefully and conscientiously with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player, able to support and encourage those around them
